Together in Solidarity for the Workers Giving Us Life

April 25, 2020 @ 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm

On Saturday, April 25 from 12-4 p.m., take action online for the workers giving us life during this pandemic. While a small group of Minnesotans protests at the Governor’s residence, let’s rise and stand in solidarity with workers across industries that are on the front-lines of this crisis and giving us life.

As Minnesotans, we believe in good government and looking out for each other. But at every turn of this global pandemic, the Trump Administration has failed to protect us. Trump’s every misstep, inaction, and denial of COVID-19 has put us further at risks, destroying lives.

We stand with front line workers across the state, the Walz-Flanagan Administration, and Governors from both parties across the Midwest working toward a responsible path forward.

Minnesotans don’t want to die or risk their lives to get back to work–they want to be able to make ends meet while we navigate this crisis together. We need a government #WhoCaresforUs.

WHAT: Post a picture with your face mask on and arms crossed on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter to show your solidarity with workers giving us life. Use the hashtags #MNSolidarity and #StayHomeMN

WHEN: Saturday, April 25 from 12 – 4 p.m.

WHERE: Safely at home, or wherever you’re practicing you’re social distancing
