DyAnna Grondahl

DyAnna serves as the Greater Minnesota organizer. Prior to her work with TakeAction, DyAnna worked with survivors of intimate partner violence and their families at the Safe Haven Shelter and Resource Center in Duluth, MN. In her time at Safe Haven, DyAnna was an active member of her union (AFSCME Council 5) wearing many hats as a temporary employee, internal organizer for Local 3558, executive board member, and more. She previously served as a campaign manager for Representative Liz Olson (DFL-7B). DyAnna is a recent graduate of the College of St. Scholastica, where she earned degrees in psychology, peace and justice, and German; and organized campaigns to preserve student access to confidential reporting resources for sexual assault. When she isn’t working, DyAnna enjoys baking, being outside, and engaging with art. DyAnna hails from rural Roseau, MN, but Duluth is her home.
