Jessica brings years of experience building organizational capacity and supporting leaders in the philanthropic, higher education, and nonprofit sectors. She began her career focusing on economic justice issues by transforming community based services to better meet the needs of individuals seeking living wage jobs. Most recently, Jessica managed programming at PFund Foundation where she led grant making efforts in queer and trans communities across the upper Midwest.
As Membership & Development Director, Jessica leads our strategy to grow TakeAction’s individual and institutional membership and fundraising to ensure TakeAction continues to be a leader in Minnesota’s progressive movement. Jessica joined the TakeAction Minnesota team in 2016. She comes to TakeAction with a bachelor of arts in human development and social relations from Earlham College and a master’s in organizational leadership from St. Catherine University.
