We’re organizing to win safe and stable homes for all.

We envision communities where all of us have safe, stable roofs over our heads and can put down roots in the place we love.

We are Duluthians from all walks of life: students, grandparents, health care & service workers, retirees, and homeowners from across the city.

What we’re up against

Certain landlords and elected officials see us renters as dollar signs – not people. Big corporations are buying up properties, jacking up rents, and failing to take good care of our homes. Some of us have no choice but to move away, or be stuck in homes that aren’t safe because quality, affordable homes are almost impossible to find. It’s a problem rooted in racist and discriminatory policies, like redlining, that impact Duluthians to this day.
