Just Transition Story Workshop

Corporate interests have spent a lot of money to make us believe that transitioning to a fossil-fuel-free future is impossible. That is a lie. We can transition to a healthy future, and we need to.

And, we can’t leave anyone behind as we transition our economies away from fossil fuel. Transitioning to an economy where our families and land are all healthy and safe will need action from all of us. That is why we are building out a story campaign around Just Transition – so that everyone knows that it is possible to choose a safe future for our children’s children as well as our families today.

Do you or your loved ones live close to a polluter (trash incinerator, highway, refinery, foundry, etc)?

Is your community dependent on a polluting or extractive industry for jobs or other needs?

Do you envision a future where people and the planet come before profit?

Sharing our stories is a critical way we can influence others to speak out against Line 3 and take action towards Just Transition. In this workshop, we’ll craft and share stories in service of a future where everyone’s needs are met.
