The State of Our Democracy

In recent months, we’ve proven our resilience. We defended our democracy through a high-stakes election and an insurrection. It’s time to heal and process the personal, political, and legislative fallout together. Join us on Wednesday, March 17, 2021 at 6pm to listen to a panel of political, organizational, and grassroots leaders explain what we saw and what we should be doing about it. Together, we’ll make meaning and mobilize to build the democracy we deserve.
Panelists include Rep. Emma Greenman (DFL-Richfield, Minneapolis); Carin Mrotz, Executive Director, Jewish Community Action; Erickson Saye, Director of Public Policy, Minnesota Voice; Bethany Winkels, Executive Director, Minnesota AFL-CIO; and C Terrence Anderson, Director, Community-Based Research Programs, University of Minnesota Center for Urban and Regional Affairs.
